Secure web conferencing is becoming a fact in the business community, especially with the increasing need for companies to connect globally.

WebEx has earned WebTrust and SAS70 certification. WebEx believes in layered security, with site security including password protection and branded-site access, meeting security including the right for the presenter to provide attendee privileges and expulsion, network security including SSL and non-persistent storage and finally third party audits and certification including WebTrust (AICPA Audit), SAS-70 Type II (AICPA Audit), and a SSL 128 Bit Certificate from VeriSign and yearly audits by these organizations.
E/pop provides secure web conferencing and emphasizes configurability and physical security. The server is physically located on your premises, providing access to the logs and your own control over physical access to the server.
The e/pop service is SSL3 and TLS compliant and allows easy key management or your own PKI to be used. RC4, IDEA, DES, 3DES, AES and RSA encryption are available, and SHA or MD5 hashing for signing.
VIA3 intends to provide a system so secure that a hacker provided with the source code still can’t break into the system. VIA3 meets Federal Information Processing Standards 140-2 Level 1. No data is sent unencrypted, and even stored data is kept encrypted for additional safety. PKI encryption is supported.
